I wouldnt think so - since "wikipedia" the actual website is all free and made up of users just posting, its actually just a bunch of people editing and posting......I would say no trademark issues

It has no overture numbers. Where is the traffic coming from? With that amount of traffic, it has to have at least some type of ovt score.

Edit : I see, this is not typin traffic but SE traffic when typing in the name wickapedia and it comes up in google. Nevermind k:
