appraise WildlifeJournal.com PR6, former tv show and magazine

Got this one a few hours ago. It has PR 6, reg date 1999. It was a magazine sold at Walmart and other places, by the people from the TV show Game Warden Wildlife Journal. The mag was discontinued in 2002 from what it looks like on Archive.org. Not sure about the show, but at one time on the old site, it mentioned that they promoted the mag on the tv show. They had survival stuff on there, so I'm thinking of adding some stuff to sell related to that.

So what would a domain like this go for?

PR is now a worthless metric because it hasn't been updated in about 2 years.. DA, PA, TF and CF are the current metrics to check when viewing the strength of a domain name.. DA7 PA22 isn't good.

I like the domain due to its keywords and those are your best selling point, not the PR. You should develop it in my opinion.
