I am interested in buying very inactive forums that had over 1000 posts in the past. I am NOT looking for domain names alone. They can still have a few active visitors I dont mind, they must work however.

I would like to keep the websites in the range of 1$-99$ I will consider paying a "BIT" more if its worth it.
