Is that somebody operating some activity under the name "NetBook"?
There could be a TM issue.

It is not a TM.

Netbook is a term for smaller laptop and it is for people who like smaller version or cheaper ones.

It is ideal for people travelling.

No. It is like laptop or notebook and it is generic and no TM issue.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Netbook

There it is mentioned about history. In 1999, was introduced by Psion as a GENERIC term and reintroduced by Intel in 2008.
