I turned the computer off and when I turned it on again a few hours later, the graphic quality is terrible. I tried changing the color quality, but the only option available is '4 Bit [Lowest]'

Any ideas on what to do?

Did you reboot into safe mode by accident? Reboot - if you get the same thing check your video drivers.

Nope, normal boot up.

Where can I get new video drivers?

what is the OS version? Windows or Mac?
If it is Windows then did you turn the automatic update from Windows on?
Many times windows update installed the new driver (display driver in this case!) and screwed things up.
Try to restore the OS to an earlier date (sometimes you have to do reboot and run in safe mode to do it.) and picked out the date from last month.

You did not answer the questions:
- Laptop/desktop
- Windows version
- You can go to My computer/Hardware Manager/Update the driver
It could be anything unless we know more details about the hardware and the OS?

There is no generic answer to generic question when it comes to IT.
