How are you able to differentiate between "speculator" and "end user"?

Is not that speculating? :)

Very hard to determine value.

New Technology is tough field.

Still, this will succeed.

And to make power there has to be a turbine.

Tough one.

I think I would believe someone is serious if they come at you with a 5 figure offer.

Being that it is a .net, if there is a 5 figure offer that may indicate that it is an end user.

WindTurbine.com sold for $11,276 and WindTurbines.org went for $900 so I would guess lower 4 figures for the dot net.

I don't know if the buyers were end users or resellers.....I suspect the .org buyer was a reseller.

Growing in popularity along with solar, "green" sites in general have been growing in popularity exponentially over the past two years.
According to google there are over 100,000 searches per month for the exact phrase "wind turbines"! see: http://google.com/sktool/#keywords?spm=true&q=wind turbines

I'd say 4k-5k.
