Winning a UDRP!

Yes we did. Its a great relief that we won the domain and the complaint was denied. Here is the short story: My cousin bought a 3 letter domain and got multiple offers on it later.

A company filed a UDRP against my cousin showing their trademark.

The lawyer who was hired took the money and could not respond by deadline. LOL. We ended up filing the case ourselves and the lawyer does not refund the money. Insane!

We won the case but the complainant still wants to fight even after losing the case. We would like to discuss more about this if someone is interested in sharing their experience and knowledge on this interesting case. Please PM me and we can take it from there.
