Offers Winthemes.com - 1996 w/traffic + revenue

Hi guys

Willing to listen for offers on a live and active site, www.winthemes.com which focuses on Windows 2k, XP and Vista desktop theming.

• Domain is 11 years old (reg'ed in 1996)
• Currently 400-500 uniques daily
• Earned $700 adsense between Aug 15th 2006 & June 15th 2007 off one adsense panel
• $45 adsense so far this month (CTR of 18.44%)

I used it to develop a neat theming application for windows that runs from the domain using Active Desktop. Will sell with developed system in place if required and if the price is right. Only one small panel of adsense ever in place on the site so scope for improving that, and some.

Please post or PM offers (please make it clear if it is for the theming system as well as the domain name). Will consider serious offers starting in the $x,xxx range.
