As the article states, if this were a single panel and Joseph Dalby's decision stood, that would mean a VERY troublesome future for any domain name owner. It would have been open season for ANY company lawyer to just file UDRPs in mass. I am SO glad the other two panelists were in their right mind. His logic was actually frightening!
