Due to its restricted ownership requirement, dot-ca are usually of just a fraction of its .com counterpart's value. BUT I do not recall you are Canadian, beatz?!
Okay, one thing that dot-ca is not good for domain speculators is that its ownership restriction is even stricter than .us: you have to be a Canadian entity (resident or company) in MOST cases. This significantly reduces the market size to only about 10% of .com to say the least. As a proud Canadian, I am all for dot-ca and own quite a handful of them; but for investment, I'd stay away from them. FYI, even tier 1/premium dot-ca's do not sell well (sadly though):
I wasnt looking for an appraisal for the reseller value of that name; actually its always enduser appraisal im looking for no matter what the name, should have mentioned that maybe
Therefore the restrictions have no meaning, as im expecting the name to be sold to a candadian company only anyway - but i think for selling to enduser this name should be quite valuable as public Wlan is gonna be the next big thing no matter where.
Wow this list is quite impressive - so they also own sex.ca ?!
Maybe the reason for those premium names still sitting there is their asking prices?
