Sedo was very co-operative in canceling the transaction once it was clear that the seller was unwilling to sell. They also refunded the payment today and banned him.

Something to note: the seller had put in the domain description "Will not sell for peanuts". I guess he had high expectations when he sent the domain to auction after someone placed the initial bid. After the auction ended, he changed the DNS back to non-Sedo servers.

Is there a join date available?

I am very reluctant to get excited about anyone who has joined in the past couple of months.

I have noticed the join dates of those making offers and have found that he newly registered are responsible for all my non payments. The two that did not pay in June were June 2009 regitrants and the two in July were also June and July 2009 registrants.
