Generally, WLS is not good for you viva. It means that you will be hammered really bad when the clock strikes 12 and all the 'experts' zoom home with their prepared lists and broadband connections or scripts to secure prime name that are expected to drop.

The good thing is this, you will learn to be proactive and benefit from that, you will now need to approach the owner of the expiring domain and offer him something decent, because the plan is that Verisign will inform the registrant that his/her name has been WLS'd and indicate that there is value in the name after all beyond the registration fee. It's all a calculated game, and fun too, but remember, always drink youir milk everyday

10,000 wls domains (optimist) a day x 25 dollars x 365 days=$54,750,00.00 divided by Verisign shares 236 Million = revenue(not profit)= 50 cents per share.
