Having lived in San Diego and worked and networked in LA, I know what a rat race it can be, and the great rewards and challenges. If you want to just focus on LA, there are nearly 5 million women in Los Angeles. Some of them are single. Some are married, with kids. Some are athletes. Some are involved in great causes. Some just breeze in to do business, influence, be seen, vacation, "spa," launch products, support causes, or be entertained in LA. There are powerhouses in medicine, sports, fitness, politics, research, Hollywood, development and more. For example, you could focus on mom's, or on designers, or on business people... or all of them. The LA area has an energy like no other, and women like to network.... in fact need to network and be connected in ways that make life simpler and more efficient, and more rewarding.
Just looking at LA women in business, and leveraging natural internet tools to helping make connections, venture capital and getting deals done, contracts found, etc. is a big opportunity.
