I believe that Google and Overture are resonable indicators with respect to that which people are searching for irrespective of extension.

I am sure you value your TimeChange.com but equally there are no searches for that either!

I don't think the .us Tld fits "WordGames" perhaps .com or.info, but .us doesn't look right in this case.
