Wanted: Service Wordpress CMS-Style Theme

I'm looking for an experienced designer that can create a reuseable template for wordpress. It needs to look more like a CMS and less like a "blog."

Is wordpress using any variation of autotheme?

There are a few out-of-the-box WP CMS systems you can try instead, and perhaps save yourself some time:

• http://www.semiologic.com/software/sem-theme/ - there is a free and pro version (I use this one)
• http://turbochargedcms.com
• http://devcorner.georgievi.net/wp-plugins/baocms/

There are also a few WP "template systems" that allow a lot of customization.
