Wanted: Domain WordPress Developer

Looking for an experienced developer to create an automated blog with a simple/clean template with respect to 1 particular subject (which is sweeping the world right now).

...and also had a question about integrating WordPress into an existing site.

What is the general price for setting-up an introductory blog?

I'm pretty new to bloggin and WordPress but would like to have a site running itself and see about trying to build traffic beyond parking for a particular domain I have.
