Wanted: Service Wordpress Template & Plugin Setups

I am currently setting up a blog and have installed Wordpress 1.5.1.3 .....

* Need assistance choosing and installing a template (theme- entertainment, music, bars, clubs, parties). There's lots around but im very pressed for time and need to focus on the content.. Am open to any (template) suggestions with estimated costs pls.

* Adding some plugins to add more features to the blog... no specifics here, pls suggest what you would recommend and how much it would cost (perhaps provide 2 options of: basic plugins and extended feature plugins).

and... anything else you may recommend.

not too sure about plugins, you gotta know what functionality you want

look into serendipity also, that is a real good blog one as well

I dont know a good resource for wordpress skins but a custom skin is a good choice.You can code custom skins for wordpress if you know little knowledge of graphics,css and html.
