Wanted: Domain Wordpress Theme Created Installed

I have a domain Lupertazzi.com that I want to turn in to a gossip blog like perez hilton site or OMG - I want to use a blog platform that will allow: Embedded vids, images, banner admin, adsense intergration, and email all members admin, members sign-up to comment etc..

Theme: black/bling theme.. I have logo that it a godfather logo spoof that is white w/ black background...

Need good developer..
