closed World of Warcraft Domains

Would these have value to players of this new massively multiplayer game, or maybe to somebody who wants to market to them? Or maybe in the future i should stay away from domains with a product title in them..

you have trademark issues with these names. You can't gain any commercial benefits from them if you want to keep them, so I would say reg fee!

Wouldn't there only be a trademark issue if the owner was using the product name alone or to confuse visitors into thinking that the information on these sites was authorized by Blizzard? If someone was to register microsoftsucks.com I wouldn't think that is an infringement on anyone's trademark. And I know that there are lots of fan sites with a product name in the domain, like xboxgames.com and civicfan.com. I purchased these domains thinking that there may be someone out there who would have a genuine interest in creating a fan site that could generate advertising revenue and had not considered the possibility that there could be a trademark problem.. maybe your right, thanks for the reply! Does anyone else have a different opinion?

That's freedom of expression. As long as you don't make money of it, you can register anythingsucks.com

When you say advertising revenue that means commercial gain. You will be using "their trademark" to gain profit.

there are companies that don't care or fight fan sites, but if you are making good money out of advertising, most of them will go after you.
