Based on my experience with owning and selling .TV for a few years now, I find the market is all over the place (but hey - it's that domaining in a nutshell anyways?).

With TVoIP poised to spread around the world (Bill gates is thrilled!), this would make a nice name to develop with Feeds from around the World.

For now, resellers here @ DNF have been "conservative" with their offers, may off $XX while end users here may pay low $XXX. Sedo could fetch mid-high $XXX, even low $XXXX with the right person.

Few more years from now, $XXXX upward.

With the .com of WorldIPTV simply parked @ sedo, it's not as attractive as if a big TelCo had the .com and it was developed.

"IPTV World Forum" seems to be an industry standard event - (short term) I'd Develop a Forum under your brand and gather people and presence before (medium term) transitioning it into a "virtual tv station" with turn-key solutions and affiliate feeds, and (long-term) ultimately selling the whole kitten-ca-boodle at a premium :-D
