I have a drop that I bought some time ago relating to Google AdWords and Google AdSense.

This domain gets decent type ins and has some back links, but I'm worried that if I put AdSense ads on it I may lose my whole Google account.

If I get a C&D then I can accept that, but I don't want my whole AdSense account cancelled because of it.

What are your opinions?

I see other similar domains out there running AdSense ads on them.

Thank you,

I wouldn't take that chance , I would put up the site under a different related domain (earnfromyourwebsite.info) that would not have a TM issue and forward that traffic to it. At least that way when they check the pages where the adsense is then they dont see that domain.

That's a good idea.

I can mirror the blog into a folder on another site which has the right keywords and topics, but doesn't use the TM name in the foldername. This domain name actually uses AdWords and Google.

Thank you. Sometimes the simplest things .. :)
