Just watched the Dunkin' Donuts TV commercial and they featured their coffee comparison results site at DunkinBeatStarbucks.com.

...and it got me thinking:

Would we (individual domainers) have any TM legal issues with buying or selling that domain, or similar creative domain ideas that include TM's used for other corporate comparisons?
