HIPAA = Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act

This term is usually found in administering corporate HR benefits. Some of the big HR benefits players are Hewitt Associates, UNIFI, etc.

Any comments/thoughts on the price? I will be sending this to TRAFFIC 2007 in March.

no value...I think TRAFFIC is looking for quality names, although they do need to do some hype for bad mobi names too to sell all the reserved ones soon at high prices...
