congrats! I assume you never pay for domain privacy, makes it harder for end users to contact you. Starting to try to get more serious about domaining now, so that's the first thing I'm going to change when reg'ing domains.

Congrats on your sales, nice to hear those kinds of reports these days.

Despite the economic environment, internet use continues to increase and most businesses realize they have to maintain or increase their internet presence - and so they will still be searching for a good domain name. Personally I think domainers have to have lower expectations on domain prices than a year ago, this is a time to hold onto your quality domains and try to ride it through, even if you have to make the odd sale below expectations to do it.

Luck always comes in batches :D

Wish you have more such days in 2009 :)

Congrats! The great news for domainers is that while there is a slowdown, it merely matches the economy. There is no independent trend suggesting that domaining will be less fruitful when the economy recovers.

Gotta say I got scared on the larger deal as they put their lawyers in
touch, but luckily just to get agreement signing over all rights etc
which is ok with me. Couple clauses I wanted removed and theyve
agreed. Should be done and dusted this coming week I hope.

While im posting, if anyone can help here
please let me know.

What pray tell me is "non sense thread" about the thread above ?. Is DNforum so
politically correct that it is impossible to make a joke even ?

If domainers are honest they will admit, end users are pretty thin on ground now
and will be for next 1 year or bit more maybe. As for domainers, even they dont
seem to be buying or offering ridiculous low prices. I have pretty much decided
it is waste of time even trying to sell on this or any other forum and will concentrate
on boiling down my domains to the best ones, and make from traffic and selling to end
users.

Congrats!!

Congrats i think the best way to sell to a end user is offer them a convincing deal and put all your good points down so things make good sense , And also i think if you spend a month emailing 100 endusers you might just get 1 lol because i think its very hard you gotto be a bit lucky but also put alot of work in to it .

So lucky man! Congrats!

I can't agree more. With this economy, the people are going to be very careful every dollar they want to spend. I have repeated this so many time ; quality over quantity. We need to think ahead, why am I going to register 100 worhless domains if at the end of the year no of them produced me any$? I prefer to spend $100 in only 1 quality domain and I know it will bring me traffic than stuffing up my portafolio of worthless:ok:

Congrats....................;)

It is always nice to see success.

Cheers,
