Only if those other extensions had their Sunrise period polluted by questionable TM registrations by companies created for the sole purpose of getting good names before those who played by the rules could get them.
 
There might be another .eu landcrush!! That would be a great opportunity for those of us who lost out in the game to reapply again for gems!!!
