You can say it like that, but the norm is "How many emails did you get today?"

Usually you'll get a more concise response with a direct question.

"How much....." will only will get you either "a lot" or "not much".

Neither here nor there. Emails.net isn't a bad name. Obviously Email.net would be optimal, but not everyone can get such a name. It's a helluva lot better than Emailz.net!
