I don't think you will lose anything by dragging your feet.

Having said that... I can be pretty stupid about things like this, and I was not listening to the tone of their voice. I also do not know how much you need that money right now.

I would hold off and maintain a friendly contact at the station. If you can keep from pi**ing them off, I think you will get more for it. Bear in mind that I got caught in the .com crash with some pretty good inventory a while back, so I am probably a bad person to listen to.

Take the money.....you will probably not get anymore for it. So take your nice profit and buy some more names...;)

I say take it quick.

<anecdote>

I tested this market about a year ago with ten targetted call-letter .com domains. Called all ten radio stations offering them their own call letters for only $50/ea. I got no takers, and one station manager all but threatened to call the FCC -- all for just $50. :rolleyes: If they are offering $500, I would take the cash and run.

Like I said, I can be pretty stupid about things like this. Sounds like you should cash out.

I would agree with Dr. Who on this one - Good size station - $5K and be prepared to hold it for a while - Good Luck -
