I'm looking to buy a niche forum, preferably health or hobby related, and must have active and legit members. I'm willing to pay up to $10,000 for the forum.
No forums related to the following: warez, adult, torrents, proxies.
If you're not selling but know someone that is selling their forum, I'm willing to pay you a generous finder's fee of 5%. So let's say you found me a forum and I bought it for $10,000, you get $500 just for helping out.
