I'm buying established websites with completely unique content.
Not really interested in word press sites unless it's something truly stellar or unique. Run of the mill stuff I don't want.
No turnkeys
No imagehosting sites
No Lyric sites
No Game sites
No forums
No FB/Myspace clones
Product, info, etc type websites are wanted. Traffic is needed, but revenue isn't!. Of course, if there is revenue please let me have this info as it will obviously raise the value of what I would be willing to pay otherwise.
The more info you can give me the more of a benefit it will be to you.
