Wanted: Website Wtb growing forums

I want to buy forums which meet the following

- have a constant 400+ unique hits per day
- at least 500 pages indexed in google
- at least 300 members
- at least 2,000 posts
- be at least 4 month old
- be active in a sense of having at least 10 posts per day!
- Must be a .com/.net

I will offer what i think the forum is worth if i feel i am interested in buying the forum. I'm not looking for big or new forums, i want small but growing forums preferably in the service/electronic/internet/product field. I can offer upto $x,xxx for the right forum.

sorry but it appears your site gets 0 replies per thread, doesn't have 300+ members, doesn't get 10 posts per day nor am i surprised to assume you dont get 400+ unique hits per day.
