Looking for an established website, at least 3 yrs old, preferably more like 5.
Domain should sound generic and not contain too many characters.

Traffic & income not very important, but it should rank in Google some where for its key words.

Prepared to pay up to $100,000 for something that is perfect. However in most cases just willing to pay above market value.

Maybe the 100k was a bit intimidating for a lot of you. I just meant that was the max I was willing to pay. I am happy to consider anything as low as $1000. Perhaps something around $10,000 even.
