I'm looking to buy a VBulletin Owned License, but would like to get it cheaper than buying directly from VBulletin. Please PM me if you know any resellers or have one you'd like to sell.

Do licenses have to be current with support/downloads in order to be transferred? I have several owned licenses I do not use but none are current with download access or support.

According to VBulletin.com:

"The owned license has to be active. If the expiry date has been met, the license won't be transferred. The owner has to renew it first." Also "If the license is transferred in the last 12 months, it can't be transferred."

So you'd have to pay $60 for support for it to be transferrable. I could pay that in addition to whatever you'd want for the actual license, we could try that.
