WTH! HKE.net removed from my Moniker account! Emailed me saying fraudulently taken!

I have just receieved an email saying the domain HKE.net was taken fraudulently!

This domain was purchased here on DNF from Alexdon!

I have never had this happen before and its $700 gone

Is there anything I can do???

Over 90 days later they think its stolen? Sounds sus to me. I wouldn't bet against Moniker being wrong in this case.

This makes no sense really...there has to have been a trace/investigation already etc...before you suspend accounts and remove domains without notice by the way... what was the reason you acted in the first place? if someone makes a claim hopefully you don't just start closing accounts and taking domains without some legal right or proof...and if you did have that why would you have to trace again? this is strange.

sorry this isn't adding up....can you tell James the reason you took his domain and closed his account...I would think he has a right to know that? saying a name is stolen is one thing but based on what or who made that claim?

This is concerning, however after the password fiasco I am left with very little confidence in any of the Moniker support staff being very competent at anything!
