Very very very risky. Stay away from anything computer related or chances are you'll lose it to a WIPO. Apple is very protective of their mark.

Even for people who like the fruit it would be a hard sell so I've have to say reg fee.

But, it does have development potential - just remember to stay away from anything computer related.
