I am debating on whether or not to sell bmwforum.com. I was hoping you guys could give me a ballpark figure on what you think it is worth. Without including the site stats and revenue it brings in, what would my domain name and the completed forum site be worth?

I own a BMW, and like the domain.

I am not sure how much it is worth, but I would say easy mid-$x,xxx. BMW owners are notorious for keeping their cars for years and years. With such long term investments come the desire to live within the BMW owning comunity.
