Hello. I have a domain bought from auctions 2 years ago. I haven't used it.
Name - www buffettsecrets com
It's about trading, stocks. In march 2017 the website received 1500-4000 organic traffic according to ahrefs and semrush. I usually multiply their estimates by 3. So the website got around 5-10 k organic visitors interested in investing.

The domain ranked in top-10 for these keywords and for many other in this niche. Unfortunately, ahrefs doesn't provide the whole ranking history.
intrinsic value calculator - 3500
dividend yield formula - 8800
how to calculate retained earnings - 10000/month
dividend yield calculator - 2400
These are very expensive keywords and can be used for lead generation

The domain has 250 RD, DR - 24, DA 29
Links from forbes.com, wsj.com, marketwatch.com, businessinsider.com.au, moneysavingexpert.com and lots of other authority websites.

I believe if it renew, with a little effort it could get lots of traffic in this niche and I could sell leads to investor brokers.

I would appreciate if somebody helped to appraise it. I don't know how much it cost.
If anybody can help to find a buyer, I will share.

Hi

after 2 years without using, the metrics may have deminished

but if they haven't, some buyers look for names with DA numbers, but that's not important to me.

best to park it and see if it gets any converting traffic, before trying to evaluate

imo...

Thanks. I know people here buy mostly brandable domains without links.
But I wanted to give it a try.
I could put a parking there, but it won't get traffic without puting real content on the domain.
Parking page won't rank.
Thank you for the tip though

Hi
I don't think you have any idea of what people buy here.

and also think you're missing the point about parking the domain.

Good Luck, though!

imo...

I understand what people buy here and know my domain type isn't common here.
Anyways, thanks. I will sell it through SEO related communities

First off I do not agree. Brandables are not the most popular domain type sold on DNForum.com. We have a fairly seasoned crowd of investors and metrics rule here. Domains with residual traffic is one of the most popular domain types you can sell here. That is the reason that Biggie told you to park it. If you can show parking stats for a few months there are plenty of people here that will buy it from you. But not based on DA and backlinks. You have to have actual residual traffic.

So I have to agree with Biggie.. Park it, show stats and then sell it.

I appreciate your opinion, but I already sold not very brandable domains with great links for good price. And I know sellers who sell them for thousands
SEO expired domains is just another niche and it has value for rankings. People buy them to build affiliate websites and rank faster.
Once I sell it, I can post price here. I believe it cost 700-1500 $.

If you do not want to hear then why are you posting this thread in appraisals?

Besides if it does get traffic and its financial traffic, 1500$ is peanuts.. But by all means go ahead and sell it. You are the expert.
