Let me start by saying hello to your trademark issues, as there seem to be many.
Second, overall your domains don't do much for me, but www.rxplan.org is nice, perhaps worth $xxx if developed a bit. Those drug plans are relatively new, and I could see some easy traffic development with a little effort, and perhaps some targeted advertising from drug and insurance companies.
