I think this one is worth $1100. Its a good domain hold onto it.

I think the domain is worth between $1,000 and $2,500 (undeveloped). I would
develop a nice gaming site under the domain. It's a descriptive keyword domain.
The .net TLD doesn't decrease its value very much if you're going to develop it.
So developing is really the way to choose, because it will increase the domain's
value and it may also increase the traffic it receives.
