I would say not much more than whatever a 4 month vb license and 1 year of hosting is worth. The domain is hyphenated which most people do not like, as well as it being in a tough industry for forums with quite a few big ones out there. Maybe if you built the forums up a bit before selling? There aren't that many members/posts yet.

Get lots more members and posts and this will bump up the value.
