closed www.fantasyhousecleaning.com help needed from a Military Newby.

I am a newbie to this site and Domaining. I am in the Military but do this as a hobby I got this Domain and launched this site as a pet project 2 years ago. I never really focused on web traffic until the last few months because, I was focused on trying to run the business part of it. I've decided that I just want to sell it and move on.

Last month it started getting 100,000 hits a day for some reason, then they started tapering down. I guess Fantasy House Cleaning is all over the news here in the States and in Japan. My Daily average: 2,197 pages sent. 5,880 requests handled. The site is ranked #1 on google and yahoo for some search words.

I am not really sure where to begin with what the value is so I don't get ripped off.
