www.gamingarcade.net was a site built for a charity that I run. Because we are a group that work with kids, this seemed like a great idea for a website for them. It's been a closed site (unadvertised) for some time, due to it being for the kids only, but since opening it up to anyone, I've made about $130 in google ads over 3 months. But I still don't advertise this site, I've only told friends about it.

It averages about 1000+ hits per month, yesterday there was 357 games played as an example, and it's a very gripping and addictive website. Sadly, the charity needs money, so this has to be sold quickly.

About the script. There is an admin panel that the winning bidder will be shown how to use, it's very simple and straight forward. You can add/remove and edit games, categories etc very easily. If you use google search and type in 'free flash games for your website' you can find more games to add than you can shake a stick at. Or you can stick to using one site like miniclip.com

The sale includes the design, the script, and all the games. I'll include a mysql dump obviously so all stats of the viewers etc stay, and I can also host the site for you as well if you like.

The domain is registered at namecheap, and will expire Fri 03/03/2006 but will renew for another year for you when payment is recieved along with moving the domain to your own account.

The stats are at www.gamingarcade.net/plesk-stat/webstat and yes, it was a purchased script but the developer joncc, tells me that the guy that bought over the script has not been selling it since. So I'm not sure what the situation with the script is anymore. I got it direct from a friend (the developer) so I really can't give any more information. However, don't let this stop you asking questions about the script, I'll try and answer where possible. The script is customised anyway and the front end is completely unique.

Like the original post says, the site made $130 in 3 months with google ads, but that's a mistake, it was mostly private ads and about $50 in google.

Private ads are for friends that advertised on another one of my websites. I offered them the option of paying more and I'd list their ads on this site as well as getmehosting.co.uk.

I get a few people asking for link exchange but I just have no time to add links. However, shockarcade.com does send a fair bit of traffic, and it seems to be site owners that have sites in the shockarcade link section that wants to advertise on this site or exchange links.

For your information, I have looked for more details to help sell this site quickly, and here is what I've come up with..

There is currently 218 games on this site, including the most popular 'sonic' which is surprisingly amazing quality for a flash game.

Here is a screen shot of the admin panel.. i've tried to capture as much as possible to give you a better understanding of how easy it is to add a game.

To add a game, you simply upload the .swf file, then you can upload a small icon to represent the game. When this stage is complete, you can then click on the '+' icon next to add new game, and select the category or add a new category then give the game a name, discription, customize the size of the game (500x420 is best) and then you simply select the .swf file name and icon file name from the drop down menu and click on add.
