So to answer your question, he does not provide parts. But a manual and software, that tell you what parts to buy - which is what the visitors purchase from him.

Additionally, he makes some money from adsense- he just put them on a few days ago and it is making about 10$ up to 40$ depending on the day.

Oddly enough this guy i have talked to that owns the domain name.

He wanted me to send him paypal payment and WAIT for him to transfer the money to his bank BEFORE he would do the whois transfer. I agreed.
Then he said he WOULD NOT change the payment gateway to mine so i could collect revenue during the 7 days that i own the site while we "wait" for him to transfer his paypal funds to his bank for "safety" at this point i said HELL NO and hung up the phone.

He also had at least 3 escrow transactions started on this same domain name.

The seller told me on the phone he was leaving for Peru and a "wildlife" vacation in another country "he is from canada."

the revenue you speak of here isnt what he showed me....he showed me up to 4500 just as early as last month...

something is just messed up here........ explain.....
