i think the min. price for LLLL.com at the moment is RegFee.
but next year i expect it to be at leat 50$ if not 100$, they are going very fast and soon will be all taken

Just keep raising your prices, learn to say "NO" to low offers, and keep registering them all up. The future market for four letter .com domains depends on all of us. Don't let them go cheap! You'll kick yourself later!
