Domain metrics are like null (score 77/1,000).
This is what we call a crap domain (without want to be rude).

Strongly possible you never found a buyer as you can find someone paying you few hundred dollars.
Statistically the first option has more chances to happen.

It's the typical domain built associating 2 terms that compose a keyword having a low frequency and a null search popularity.
You can create millions like these.
Check out my signature, DomainIdeas.com is a generator of this type of crap domains.

I will add they are vicious domains because it's possible to create domains that really look likes great but that in fact have no value.
It's the classic error dummies do when buying domains without checking metrics.
So I allways recommend to check domain metrics before buy, free domain valuation services propose this service, our is one of them.

"markething" ... No
"worth" ... No

But "marketing worth" ... Yes

This is what I explain whith greater details just above.

If for have a valuable domain the game was just to invent domains composed of 2 popular terms that wil be great. But it's not the case.

...

First, it really isnt worth 'that' much as a stand alone domain name.
I would dev. it then sell if that's the case.
Now as for what to dev. into, one thing comes to find first, e-marketing news, maybe it's just me, but yeah, that's what I would do.

good luck

We are selling our home right now and this name makes me think of a relevant question: Is a higher commission to a realestate agent, who markets your home very aggressively, worth it?
This could be applied to any situation in which you are paying for marketing.
Not sure how to set up a site based on this though- forum, blog...
Good Luck.
