Well that seems a little low, as I got 274 in September and 172 so far this month on the dot net! By the way I put mine up for €1500 but I haven't had any takers at that.

Actually, if you get the same conversion rates and price per click 40K uniques works out at 660 Euros a month!

If his Uniques are right, and I have no reason to doubt that, it could me worth mid $xx,xxx purely on traffic revenues.
