URL: www.nocostgifts.com
Age of site (months): 16
Monthly revenue: 5k averaged, high of 14k net/month
Revenue details:
All revenue is generated through affiliate links on the site.
Monthly traffic: 15k unique
Traffic details:
Traffic is current members logging in, viewing promotions, or new members joining. Most traffic is generated by Google PPC or other forms of advertising.
Description:
The site is a rewards based website offering gifts to members. Think MyPoints.
Site opened in Jan of 2004, and profit has climbed each month to a high of 14k net profit in Dec 04.
Since then I've taken on other projects and just simply haven't had the time to run the site as I should. Net profit is still very good though (several thousand each month)..even with the limited time I run the site (a few hours each week). This can be brought back up much higher with simply putting more time into it (I've been too busy). The site naturally has more net profit in the winter months/holidays because of the type of demographic it reaches.
Currently 22k registered members on the main website, & a small "mini promo" site that is used for attracting new members has an additional 8500 registered members.
The website has been featured & I (as the site owner) have been interviewed on a couple of "success story" websites.
The site is custom programmed..which cost $2,500+. Hosting runs approx $50/month. Advertising costs are what you wish, the more ads the more profit obviously. I currently earn a little over 2x in net profit for each dollar spent in advertising. I'll show the buyer where I advertise, how, etc...
The buyer will receive full support from me, training, etc..for a period of 2 months. This should be more than sufficient to help the buyer learn everything needed to run the site.
looking for offers over 30K
BIN $35,000 USD
Google PageRank: 4
Alexa Ranking: 166000
edit: I should add that the site is geared towards US residents..so while it could probably be ran by someone outside of the US, a US resident would have a much easier time. I'd recommend that only a US resident operate
