i was wondering about what could be the worth of www.php.info ?

there´s nothing really developed, yet. but i intend to build up a php-community with following features:
- REALLY excellent design (i own a design-agency absoluto, design. )
- amazon links (php books and stuff)
- webmail-service (hivemail): [email protected]
- freescripts database
- forum
- some tutorials

so, what would you think about php.info? undeveloped? developed?

I think php.info could beat all of these, but realistically would fall somewhere on the higher end of this scale (musical.info seems like it was a fluke).

All said and done, Wholesale, I'd say $8,500.
Hold out for that right end user or corporation and you could easily set a record for this year at 15k+.

Seems like a great name, but...

The profit potential from a buyer seems a tad limited outside of Advertising sales dollars (which we all know has declined as a potential revenue stream). Your main target audience will be primarily PHP developers looking for coding forums.

I'm just a newbie, so don't take me too seriously.

I think, .info's have HUGE potential.

To be honest, I think that the domain fits the extensions than .net .org or .biz ever could.

As is, I would say that the domain is worth High $x,xxx to a reseller (Not end user), and dev'ed, skies the limit.

But what you must remember is this:

The domain could be worth more to a German market, because the .info extension is more popular in Europe than in the US, which is why you see so many high figure .info sales for German domains.
