You must own the name in order to receive appraisals.

Hi pamela, with all due respect, how can you own any .eu domain, since .eu tld has not been officially launched? In this period of time the registrars accept only pre-registrations. They can not register any .eu domain for you. You do pay them the registration fee and on the moment of the .eu launch they will try to get that domain for you. Since there are dozens of approved .eu registrars who will be trying to get the same domain, there is a chance that your registrar will not get you the desired domain. Should he succeed in registering the domain for you though, then you will be the owner of the domain name. Otherwise he should refund your fees or at least 90% of it. Which is your registrar?

I guess this thread can be closed. I checked the whois and it shows mine too for this name.

I will start an appraisal thread when EU launches for public.

There's no whois for EU yet!

Or else, post a link to it.

quote from the FAQ of the link I posted:

Will there be access to whois data via port 43?

Currently, the whois policy is still under discussion and is much influenced by the privacy aspects. It is difficult to tell at this point what the whois will show

Easy. You'll get back money. I've also some pre-registrations at GoDaddy for .eu domains but doesn't means that i'll get them finally 100%.

Because someone else pre-registered it with go daddy before you. That guy doesn't have it regged, but if godaddy manages to get that domain, he has the priority to get it.
