Before the start of .eu there are two sunrise periods , for organizations and companies.

These 2 sunrise periods haven't started yet. So, it's really impossible for someone to reg and have .eu at this moment.

As for www.proprietor.eu, you can prereg the same in another registrar like eurodns. If you do that, statistically you have the same chances to get it like the one who preregged the name 2 months ago in godaddy.

John

seeker, I understand you now. It looks like I have pre-registered. Not sure if i will get it.
So does it means all 15-20 names of .eu i have invested in will make my money wasted?
When i checked most of the names, they were taken.

PROPRIETOR.EU was showing available but since i have reggd it says PROPRIETOR.EU is already taken. Could you elaborate on that?

You dont own this domain, heh. EU does not start for some countries only - it starts just for registrations preceeded by 2 sunrises first. There is no whois info for EU yet. Preregistrations dont guarantee you'll grab given domains. And finally: www.proprietor.eu looks to be one of the weakest name in this category you can register.
I guess this thread is just a joke.

I will like the mod to close this thread. Might have been confused with pre register and register.
