I hate these types of names personally... Too bad the - wasn't near the . It's probably worth some money, but I don't have any experience with these, so I wouldn't know. Good luck though.

i know, I was just thinking the same thing. Why couldn't the - be over where the / is!?! Damn Querty.
Anyway, realtor.com has about a 1Mil ovt I think, so quite nice. Actually twice what the keyword realtor has.
How well do you think this domain www-realtor.com would index in the search engines?
Well, to search engines, it's the same as having asd-realtor.com. They won't be tricked by the www- in front of it. It has no print advertising potential, or really any branding potential at all.. due to the obvious typo or oversight reasoning behind it.
Your best guess I would imagine would be to put up some SEO content and some text ads. Or find somebody who is a fan of these www- sites and sell to them, but again, I can't imagine you would get a "professional" amount for it since the site has no professional potential. (i.e. turning it into a legitimate site with members, articles, growth potential, etc.)
I can see it now:
"Hey have you heard of any good real estate websites lately?"
"Yes in fact I have! I find a lot of solid advice and info on w w w "hyphen" realtor dot com."
What? Hyphen? Huh?
Maybe the illustration wasn't necessary, lol!
I'd suggest SEO for sure, with some content and text ads.
